Product details
The Town Square S Single-Handle Faucet by American Standard makes a statement in the bathroom with its meticulously designed silhouette, detailed with architectural elements and inspiration from crown molding. This single-hole faucet is easy to install, with the inclusion of a push-pop drain, and can be installed on a 3-hole sink with the use of an optional escutcheon deck plate, sold separately. As an EPA WaterSense Certified faucet, with a maximum flow rate of 1.2 gallons per minute, the faucet helps to save water when compared to a standard faucet. Available in beautiful tarnish- and scratch-resistant finishes, the faucet also coordinates with the rest of the Town Square S collection, a full offering of bathroom fittings and fixtures, making your next bathroom remodel simple.

Beautiful Faucet!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently installed the Town Square Single-Handle faucet into my downstairs bathroom. First off you can feel the quality and just pure weight of the faucet. It is the complete opposite of a mostly plastic faucet. It is as if you are holding a bar of gold lol. The hardest part of the install was removing the old faucet which had been there for probably 30 years. I highly recommend this sophisticated, top of line bathroom faucet.

For first time installers!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you have never replaced a bathroom faucet and are a little nervous about your first time, then this faucet is for you. This faucet was probably the easiest one I have installed, so easy even if you never remodeled anything before it is easy breezy. The only thing is ,is if you have a sink with three holes you will have to get a plate or something for the bottom but that's no biggie. The nice nickel finish is easy on the eyes and matches with other items in your bathroom. Best of all it easy to clean

Great features and easy to install...
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pretty straight forward installation. We replaced a 5 yr old faucet (not AmerStand) that showed its age. My husband and I took about a half hour to replace it. He has done a handful of them so it was pretty straight forward. The fit and finish were great and is surely an upgrade from what it replaced. Instructions were very easy to read and understand. The look and feel of this faucet seems top notch and would highly recommend. As far as how it will hold up, only time will tell. But having AS brand faucets in the past , they have always seemed to hold up.
