Nice Grill with some disappointing features

This is a nice, solidly built grill. I purchased the lighted option which provides nice lights on the grill itself but the knobs only have a blue glow behind the solid knob. The settings on the front of the knobs can't be read in dim light so I still need a flashlight. Poor Design! Also, I tried to grill yesterday when it was cold and windy. The grill is mounted in a counter and protrudes about 2 inches. There is no cover on the bottom of this protrusion so the wind whips up into the grill and it won't get any hotter than 150 degrees. I've never had this problem with any grill before - not even cheap ones. So disappointing.

AOG grills does not honor their life time warranty on their

AOG has an average quality grill. My main reason for purchasing this grill, was its life time warranty on the burner tubes. After 5 years the burners burnt through, it is like a propane Bunsen burner. I contacted AOG grills for warranty replacement. They told me they required photos of the defective parts, serial numbers model and proof of purchase (witch after 5 years was not the easiest to find). After all the information requirements were supplied, they told me the burners were still usable and they would not be warrantied.
