Good source for antioxidants

I liked the ingredients and that it has both barley and wheat grass, the alfalfa are a plus. The taste is a bit smokey but blends well in smoothies. I noticed that it really relieves bloating and improves bowle movements so it is a great aid if you have constipation or stomach irritability. In regular use may benefit skin appearance.

GREAT !!!

After taking this for almost few months, I felt slight improvement with my health (although it may be just a psychological effect coupled with me practicing healthy lifestyle and taking other food supplements to reap the benefits). It's made a noticeable difference in my day-to-day life. The quality is wonderful. Supplements are long term investment so I suggest you do not start and stop halfway through.
