Great for sudden/consistent exposure to nasties

My youngest was a covid baby and he just started kindergarten and has been sharing every gift he gets from the lil booger flickers with me and my mom. We're also pretty secluded so our immune systems havent had to deal with much since covid so we have had a really rough time with a kindergartener! After losing my voice for a month and only getting a day or two break between viruses that lasted days to weeks I decided to add echinacea to my airborne suppliment and it's made a difference! We're still getting sick but we have more good days than bad now and the price was great for the amount of tablets you get and the actual amount in each tablet! I really do believe its helping. we take 2 capsules daily now to help boost our immune system.
