after reading the reviews I was worried about the taste, but it is not overwhelming. It has a nice mild woody taste. Sure it isn't loaded with sweeteners and such but it tastes like nature. If you are used to processed sugary tastes I would say use the capsules. I have noticed I wake up with more energy in the morning and overall feel better which I like very much. I am 55 and my mom is 74 and she is having the same experience with this black seed oil as I am. we both love it.

I feel that this oil does what it stated. I feel more energy and less tired. It should start to help my immune system. I will give it 60 days to get into my system. An extra boost will add tumeric with it.
