These work phenomenal. They are also comfortable and do not look bulky. I use these durning the day as well if I am having heavy flow. This works better than anything else I’ve ever tried. No leaks whatsoever. I have had issues in the past with leaks and it was very stressful being at work or otherwise somewhere it would be an issue. With these I no longer even worry about it.
