Stage II Endometriosis-Approved
I have Stage II Endometriosis and may have PCOS. This is the only pad that's ever done the job for me while not making me feel like I'm wearing a diaper. The wings stay pretty well and as long as I'm wearing pants or shorts in bed or with a dress/skirt I don't remember the last time as an adult (I'm 25) that I remember the protection failing. The absorbency is phenomenal. Often in the past I would change one of these every few hours despite it being overnight - this is only a comfort issue. If I'm in a pain or menstrual anemia-induced 12-hour “nap”, it will still catch everything.

I have a very heavy flow and every pad always leaked up the back which is very uncomfortable these have been the only pads I can use because they give the extra protection that I need I wish they came in a longer size I need coverage from front to back without wearing a diaper at night time to get it I want to sleep secure and dry
