This beef paste has a very good flavor it gave my beef stew A very rich Beefy flavor I do not usually add beef base to my stew but I decided to try it this time and I am glad I did I will definitely be adding this again. [This review was collected as part of a promotion, and the opinions are my own.] To start, I did not know what the Minor's Beef Base had to offer. When I opened the container, it was a little off putting because the base is a dark molasses consistency. It's easy enough to add to some water and the broth is done. It's nice to have the option to add a little extra base if you're someone who likes a little extra salt, like I do. I decided to make some beef tip pasta using Minor's Beef Base. It was delicious. Since I do enjoy some extra salt, I added a little extra base into the pasta and it gave the pasta the perfect little bump that it needed. I will definitely be getting more Minor's Beef Base!

Amazing Beef Flavor!

Great substitute to bullion beef cube. Definitely less salty, which is a good thing. The beef flavor is a lot bolder and more pronounced. The price is much more expensive than the powder or cubes but for higher quality, I think is ok. The look is dark brown paste, which is kinda disgusting but the aroma is amazing.
