Very Disappointed

I was excited to purchase this item. Called to ask a couple of questions about it. They called back and answered my questions and were very courteous. It was on their website as in stock. I verified that with the person that called me back. I ordered it. After waiting about 2-1/2 days, I received an email that my money was being refunded because they were out of stock. I thought their price was to good to be true !
