Poor quality control.
Worst product integrity I've ever encountered. The product came in a box, that had said it had been factory tested for quality. The unit rattled and I found that all of the screws that hold the bottom section on were either very loose or missing. If I installed it, I would end up with a flooded basement. No way this product was tested or even given a visual inspection. I did not order another Zoeller and they owe me a couple hundred, for the aggravation and disappointment.
