OVEN: Preheat oven to 350°F Bake 12-13 minutes or until golden brown. Directions developed using conventional ovens. Ovens vary. Baking time may need to be adjusted. After baking, cool cookies 2 minutes on baking sheet, remove to cool completely.

Is one enough?
This stuff is really good. Much better than the stuff in the roll or on sheets. I use an ice cream scoop and scoop two scoops into small plastic bags then all the bags go into one large ziplock and freeze. Then when I want a cookie I take out what I want and cook them in my air fryer set to bake at required temp and time. And just like that one or two fresh baked cookies without heating up my house with a big oven. Enjoy.
