With the addition of a K&H Pet Products Pet Bed Warmer, any cat or dog bed can provide comfort and warmth to your pet. It can be placed inside virtually any pet bed and is easy to use. Just plug it in! It will become your cat or dog's favorite place to nap. Dual thermostats regulate temperature using very low wattage. The heater is set to keep the surface temperature of your pet's bed 12° to 15° above ambient air temperature when your pet's not in the bed; then it automatically warms to a pleasing 102°F when the pet lies upon the bed. K&H Pet Bed Warmers are tested & certified by MET Labs and exceed USA/CA electrical safety standards; K&H doesn't just use safety listed parts, we safety certify the entire product - For indoor household use with 110/120 volt electrical current only. NOTE: Do not use Pet Bed Warmer alone, must always be placed inside a pet bed. Not for outdoor use.

Place inside your pet's favorite bed. Make sure your pet bed has a removable outer lining with a zipper or other means of closing and opening. Warmer should not come in direct contact with your pet. It is recommended to have a minimum of 1/4 inch of padding between your pet and the Pet Bed Warmer. Indoor household use only.
Fabric Care Instructions
Clean with soft damp cloth, do not immerse in water. To test your Pet Bed Warmer, place a pillow on the surface of the bed that you have inserted the Pet Bed Warmer into. After about 15 minutes, feel under the pillow. This will be the gentle warmth your pet feels while snoozing in their new heated pet bed.

The price was the same as a medium. I should of gone with a medium than a small. Because the small is really small. But I didn't want a long rectangle heating pad for my dog. But I also didn't wanna upgrade to something more expensive because I have a small chihuahua. And the others were just to big. And there wasn't more of a choice from Walmart retailers. I don't really like the 3rd parties. I love walmart and I will always go with walmart.

I put it under my parakeet cage. Because its low heat stays on, I can go away on weekends without worrying about cold nights. If they want heat, they can go to that side of cage (the side I also put cover over). If they don't, it's not kachinging my electric bill that they ignore that side of cage.
