Love This Dough Hook
Made my first batch of sourdough bread this morning using my 7 Qt Pro Series. I don't think it took 5 minutes to get text book perfect bread. My 35 year old Oster just didn't knead correctly any more. I definitely selected the perfect mixer. Love all the attachments/accessories that you can purchase for this mixer.
