Dunlop AT81EX- Gobs of traction, worth the price and wear

This tire hooks up like no other in the various conditions in the Northeast. It has made my bike climb like a new animal. The blend of soft knobs and stiffer sidewall makes for wonderful traction in rocks and roots, and holds up to dig through loose shale and even hard pack. Wears as expected for a soft tire, but I have two hare scrambles and an enduro on mine and it still has plenty of knobbies to mess around at home. Try one and see how it feels!

Favorite all around tire. Pretty good in most conditions. Doesn't mind wet roots slick rocks. Fresh it makes you feel like and all star when it's new. Likes medium pace riding lasts quite a while when not riding aggressively. Doesn't like higher speed.

Dunlop AT81EX Good to go

First, I have limited experience on dirtbikes as an adult. I have been racing hare scrambles in the foothills of NC and this tire definitely felt more connected. I currently only have one race on this tire so I'm still feeling it out. We have a mix of mud, roots, rocks, and red dirt. This tire is pricey but seems good so far. Another guy that runs in B class swears by this tire and despite the talk of it wearing fast, he said it still grips better than others. He had several races and training rides and his tire didn't look any different than others. He was still ripping that thing. Evidently the heavy tube is key and run at 10psi. Hope this helps someone on the fence.
