Great Customer service

I recently did the following review: We built a new home we moved into in Oct 2020 and did all Moen fixtures. One of our Glyde T6173 faucets is very difficult to turn on. I am very disappointed as I thought I was getting quality fixtures. I emailed my concerns and they shipped out a new faucet for me. Thank you for such good service.
