My son had this pen. I like the flow of the ball and the ink it is clear and crisp whether you write in cursive or not. The design of the ball of the pen is the secret. I can press and write hard and the ink also flows more It makes is more bolder. It is very reasonably priced. I also like the other colors but they don't come in single packs. I am not much of a staples buyer. Now that I know the quality of their own brand I will definitely purchase more products from staples.

TRU RED Quick Dry Gel pens
TRU RED gel pens are excellent pens that I try to always reach for when I leave my home. It is smooth to write with. The only smear was my fault otherwise the quick dry ink delivers on its claim. The pen was priced to match other gel pens that I always purchase. I am loyal customer and once you earn my loyalty I always look for that product line when I need a product. These pens will be on my always look for this product and if TRU RED offers other items I need I will consider trying them based on the performance of these pens. I trust products sold in Staples and my individual taste may not always agree with Staples but I am willing to try and have not been disappointed yet. I recommend these pens on basis of quality of writing quality of ink to not smear in normal use and in price point.
