Great Customer Service
My wife & I bought this product over a year ago. We've been remodeling our house & when we got to the shower, the fixture was broke. We wasn't sure if it was under warranty. The Customer Service Rep was so helpful, explaining that it was still under warranty.

Clean Style
Selected polished chrome for the finish but after two months it started to turn light brown. After some research found a product called Flitz that helps keep the polished chrome "polished". [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
