I love this cheese on any item from celery to bagel crisp crackers, and even English muffins. This was absolutely amazing with some noodles and veggies. So easy. I didn't have to put any seasoning in the dish (I am big on seasoning). I just added some heavy cream to the mixture to thin and it was a perfect alfredo dish. All the kids loved it and it was devoured with no leftovers. I made one big pan with noodles, anduli sausage, broccoli, bell peppers and it fed a family of five.
