I was a little suspicious of Almond Milk at first.

When I first heard my daughter telling me her mother made her a smoothie using almond milk, I said, Ewww, why would she do that. After a while, I finally tasted her smoothie. You can't taste the almond milk, and maybe I'll try it, and now I purchase it all the time. I make a smoothie five days a week now. One for breakfast and another for lunch. I would recommend this Almond milk.

I switched to Almond Milk because cows milk was not agreeing with my stomach, I'll never go back to cows milk Almond Milk is smoother and has no aftertaste like cows milk. It lasts a lot longer so less waste. And I've used it in cooking and there's no difference that I can tell replacing it for cows milk.
