One of the best alternative to milk
I've drank Almond Breeze Original Almond "Milk" for a long time. I e always hated milk %26 successfully followed a vegan diet in my 20s. But its been a challenge when I moved to my current apartment %26 not having my own car anymore. I've had to rely on ordering groceries online. Some stores didnt have this in stock. for a short while, I resorted to Oatmilk, which is also good. But now that Almond Breeze is available, it's been a nice, refreshing change.

I absolutely love this almond milk. I started using it because of the high content of calcium in it. My doctor wanted me to try and get half of my calcium with food so I chose this almond milk. I try and drink two glasses 8 ounce glasses a dayand get up more than my my calcium from this and the other foods with calcium.
