For nutritional supplementation in a great tasting tasty easy to swallow liquid form for the entire family. (Children, adults, and elders). Adults and Children over 12 years of age: One tablespoonful (15 ml) two-three times daily, or as directed by a physician. Children 4 to under 12 years of age: One teaspoonful (5 ml) two-three times daily, or as directed by a physician. Children under 4 years of age: Only as directed by a physician. Important-Please Note: The Vitamin B-12 (cyanocobalamin) for Almebex Plus B-12 is provided separately (in a small vial) attached to the inner carton to guarantee full potency at time of purchase. Add all contents of the small vial to the large bottle and shake well to provide uniform distribution of the Vitamin B-12. Shake well before using. Avoid excessive heat or directed sunlight.
