This is a great product. It worked for me. I started in Feb and was 208 pounds. it's May and I am 188. It does not taste bad. in the first few weeks, I could tell my body felt so much better even before losing the weight. I hurt a lot less. now, I did not do the 3 day fast.I have a four year old to feed, so i did the shake only and ate one meal in the evening. Now I still do that, but do allow myself snacks. the only negative is the cost. I require two cans a week. that's 70 a week.
