Great product for a suger alternative

it says that the ratio to a cup of sugar is 1 1/3. This is very correct. maybe even a little more in something hot. I made a Cheese Cake for Thanksgiving using the Allouse in a graham crakeer crust and in the cheese cake. Tasted so natural. No after taste. Cooked really well. everyone comment on how well it tasted. Some said they liked it better than a normal cheese cake using sugar. (I made 1 of each). i plan on experimenting on other baked good in the future

Allulose. The Pluses And Minuses. Caution.

Allulose tastes exactly like sugar to me. It is, I've read, 100% natural. It Can cause Stomach Issues so it does bear trying it in moderation to find out if you can tolerate it. I will take the stomach ache untill I either get used to it or I can't consume it anymore. I Am Not Recommending YOU Do As Am I Doing. I Am NOT Recommending ANYTHING But Caution On YOUR Part.

Excellent Price for Allulose!

Allulose is the ONLY low calorie / no calorie sweetener that is actually GOOD and Recommended for the human body. Monk Fruit is good, but try finding it. People often equate Erythritol with Monk Fruit, but not the same, as the -ol in Erythritol lets you know it is a sugar alcohol (they cause digestive distress). Allulose is best used in colder items, like milk or dairy products. It is nearly undetectable in a cup of coffee, no matter how much is added. I would then assume it is not helpful in most baked goods. It would be interesting to see if it actually imparts sweetness in things such as cheesecake, baked largely with dairy.
