Buy Bigger Than Needed
We bought this to fill a pillow sham that came with our comforter set. I wish I would have taken others' suggestions to heart and bought a pillow bigger than our actual sham size. There is space around the pillow and inside of the sham. So, if your sham is 26x26, buy a 28x28 pillow....and so on and so forth.
