Remember you get what you pay for. You cook it up and there is tons of fat more than usual. What are you planning on using it for? Because you are going to have to stain out the fat unless you like eating it. The taste is good no dryness. Making tacos make the meat first then drain 3/4 fat then season comes out amazing!
