How to mix pHenomenal Alkaline Water Concentrate - Simple and Easy!When you mix it with water and drink it, all it wants to do is find free hydrogen and bind it up. When it finds free hydrogen the pHenomenal becomes a H2O water molecule again.• Mix 1 ounce into 1 quart (32 oz) of water. Hint: there are 2 tablespoons in one ounce• Keep both concentrate and mixed water in a sealed container, don’t leave a mixed glass open for more than 30 minutes.• Drink 30-45 minutes before or after a meal for best absorption. First thing in the morning on an empty stomach is optimal.• Drink 16 mixed ounces for every 50lbs you weigh.• Drink extra prior to and after heavy exercise for faster recovery afterwards.Why acidity is unhealthy?Get this... this is a short list of things that cause acidity or hydrogen in the body: Stress, sugar, fried foods, hydrogenated foods, acidic beverages, and many other things! Great results. I have proof.
I am always acidic, so much so my doctor gets really worried. I've tried various dietary foods, supplements and alkaline waters that claim to lower acidity and increase alkalinity none of which worked. When I first heard about Phenomenal I thought well, I have nothing to lose. Was I surprised to get the results of my next blood tests a few months later, my acidity level was way down into normal. I'll be drinking Phenominal water forever.

Excellent product
There's a lot of alkaline waters on the market but none compare to pHenomenal water! My husband and I both use this for our workouts on a regular basis, It does an amazing job of flushing the lactic acid and we have little to no soreness. Plus we get a little boost in power. I never notice it when we are using it, BUT if we forget our pHenomenal water, we can always tell the difference. It's also a go to for when one of the kids has an upset stomach. In most cases, it takes care of what ever is bothering their tummy.

The Gold Standard
After drinking 60-80 oz/day for weeks, I am convinced this Alkaline water formula has changed my life in a positive way. Phenomenal water is incredible. I have a problem with sugar cravings. And, as soon as I started drinking this water; the cravings went away. It was truly a miracle. I feel great too! Plus, a great deal! It's Alkaline water in a concentrated form and makes gallons and gallons!
