Helps get me through colds and even Covid

I used Alka-Seltzer Plus Cold and flu for the first time when I got Covid-19 (even though I had been vaccinated and boosted). I had tried several other cold and flu medications and nothing was giving me relief. I tried the Alka Seltzer Plus Cold and Flu and started feeling better by the next day! I've used this medication since then for colds and when I contracted Covid a second time. Each time it has worked just like it did the first time for me. It is my go-to any time I get a cold. I highly recommend it.
