How To Use:
Before applying the product, conduct a patch test on the inside of your elbow to check for allergic reactions.

1. HAIR:
Peppermint oil is a great natural way to nourish your hair. You can use it by mixing 3-5 drops with a carrier oil or adding it to your regular shampoo or conditioner. Massage it into your scalp, leave it on for a few minutes, and rinse off. Both methods work well and offer great results.

2. FACE:
To use peppermint essential oil on your face, mix 1-2 drops into your serum or cream and apply it gently. You can also mix it with rosehip oil for a relaxing facial SPA experience.
Note: Peppermint essential oil is photosensitive and should only be used at night.

3. BODY:
Mix 2-3 drops of peppermint oil with aloe vera gel or warm coconut oil and apply to dry or itchy skin for a soothing massage. Massage the diluted peppermint oil mixture onto sore muscles or joints to relax and alleviate discomfort.
