I really like these vitamins. I have an issue with getting enough vitamins in my system. These are perfect with the gummies. They taste good and easy to swallow and use. I need extra potent vitamins to help me stay well. I like these because they are chewable and fruity tasting. It's not the best taste- but it sure is not the worst of these type of chewable gummies that I have ever tasted. Luckily-it is ok enough to take daily, so I'm just hoping it will keep me free from being too low in any range of nutrients that i need to stay well.
