Great used in proper dosages!
A bit expensive, but wonderful if you stick to the dosage. It is worth it to get sugar free items and the malatol, in the appropriate dosages can have a slight laxative effect, which is desired for people with mild constipation. These are perfect for people who are disciplined to stick to the doses and then it will last 3 days. I would not recommend these for people who are unable to stop at stated dosages since it does have a strong laxative affect in large dosages and may cause cramping. They are so amazing delicious that you do have to be aware, but if you wait a bit after eating them, they can completely satiate your appetite so you don't want anything else to eat, thus having a mild appetite suppressant.

The flavors are very tasty. You can distinguish the different flavors. There are at least 5 or more different flavors in each pack. I just wished they would put mire grape flavored in each pack. Although the package says zero sugar, you cannot tell it in the flavors.
