These are the most amazing, genius, absolute game changer… I work 7 days a week and when I go home with no foot pain after a 12 hour day, nor any back pain, is saying a lot. They've changed my overall performance at work. I'm in construction and being in a career where you're going to be on your feet for 30 years straight does a lot to your body. I have been wearing the akusoli shoe insoles, for around 10 hours (about 8 hours yesterday, and about 2 hours so far today). They feel good. I have a little arthritis in my left foot, and less of the same in my right foot, which is why I decided to try these insoles. I switch shoes to boots several times during the day, and these change out very easily. They fit well ; I have the S/M ; I wear a size 9 running shoe and 7 farm boot, and I did not trim them to size, at all, just slipped them right in. So far, so good!😊
