It took 2 people to put this together, but when completed it was cute and exactly what I envisioned. The directions were easy to follow. One odd thing - there is a door on one end you can open, but when the insulated insert is put in, the door is then blocked. Not a big deal, just an odd design feature. It was definitely large enough inside for 3 cats comfortably (if they like each other). I intend to put a heated pad inside, so will have to drill a hole for the cord to come through the house, but again, not a big deal. Not sure how well this will hold up if it is exposed to weather, but this house will be on my covered porch, so not an issue. My outside feral cats haven't been in it yet, but I think once their curiosity is satisfied and the weather gets colder, that it will be used.

Love Love Love I ordered this after looking at them over and over again before deciding and I absolutely love it it's a beautiful gray wood color and is very well built the base that it sits on which is up off the ground so there's no worry about getting wet I have mine on my front porch and it has a nice little porch area for the cats the asphalt roof that has a cap on top of it which makes it waterproof an easy for cleaning and I love that the insulation is fit to the exact house zips on and has velcro you can unzip it and take the cushion out for easy washing I also love a little name plate over the door with a profile with the cat's head and I'm not sure exactly what I'm going to put on the front of this house yet and I'm actually thinking about ordering another one! I ordered some of the morning mats to actually that's a perfectly on top of the already padded cushion that's included with the insulation just to give him some extra coziness.
