I bought this rideable suitcase for my daughter's birthday, and it definitely turned heads at the airport! The design is innovative, and it has great potential—our daughter loved riding it. Unfortunately, it only lasted one round trip before a critical component broke. When the suitcase was removed from the overhead bin after our return flight, the button needed to extend and retract the handlebars had snapped off. I reached out to the manufacturer hoping to use the warranty, but was told the place of purchase would handle it. The third-party seller told me to call back the next morning, and then stopped answering altogether. Neither party took any responsibility, making the so-called warranty effectively useless. Bottom line: this could be a fun travel novelty, but the build quality and lack of customer support make it a risky purchase. Buy at your own risk.

It was not safe to ride on. It was too heavy on the back and very easy to turn over sadly to say the concept was great.
