Instructions
You Will Need: 4 tablespoons melted butter; 1 large egg; 1 tablespoon water. 1. Prep: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Grease large baking sheet with PAM Stir together chocolate chip cookie mix, melted butter, egg and water in a medium bowl until well blended. 2. Shape: Dividie dough into 12 even portions, about 2 tablespoons each, and roll each into a ball. Place on baking sheet leaving at least 1-inch between cookies. For smaller sandwiches cookies: Divide dough into 24 even portions, about 1 tablespoon each. 3. Bake: Bake on rack in center of oven according to chart, until lightly browned. Cool on pan 2 minutes before removing to wire rack to cool completely. 4. Assemble: Spread filling on flat side of half of the cookies. Top filling with another cookie to create sandwiches. Pour sprinkles onto a plate. Roll sides of cookies in sprinkle. Enjoy! High Altitude (Over 3,500 Ft): Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Grease baking sheet. Stir together cookie mix, 4 tablespoons melted butter and 1 egg until well blended. Shape, bake, fill and decorate according to the steps to the right. Bake Time: Large cookies (makes 12) - 12-15 min; Smaller cookies (makes 24) - 11-13 min. Mix it up with mini cookie dough cookies.

delicious cookie dough sandwich cookies
I made these cookies with my kids and they were absolutely delicious. I have tried cookie kits in the past and some don't turn out that well, but this one luckily did! We decided to make jumbo cookies so only had enough dough for 4 cookie sandwiches, but no one minded. The cookie dough filling is included in a squeeze pouch which makes it easy to squeeze onto the cookies after they are done baking. The kids also had a good time rolling the edges in the sprinkles. I think I will buy this kit again and make some smaller cookies for the holidays.

They were actually good, idk why everyone else is hating. I will say the portions aren't accurate i only made 9 “big” cookies. Although, they were tasty and had good texture. If you want more cookie add a little more flower and water and icing sugar. Simple.
