You just bait it,(I use peanut butter) put in the load ring, set it and forget it until you check it. How many times have you set a trap, only to have the bait gone and no rodent caught, not with this awesome trap. How many times have you tried to set a trap and it snapped catching your finger, not with this awesome trap. It is simply fast and easy to use. There is no poison, no blood, no mess, and no snapped fingers. It is just a safer and cleaner solution to getting rid of rats, and it kills quickly. It is worth every bit of 5 stars and I highly recommend this product.
