When you need something more durable than a cap rivet but find rivet-and- ring difficult or impossible to snip off the excess rivet shank, THIS is the answer. The compound function allows you to get within a millimeter of the burr (ring) without having a hand cramp or failure.

Hart rocks!

These are the best cutters! I've tried several of your other name brand tools. These are my favorite. Several co-worker have been very impressed with them as well. Some liked them so much, they stole them. I bought a few cheap ones and they were all crap. I have now gotten a few of these to put in multiple areas where I use them. I have small hands, I can handle there very easily with just one hand. They are sharp too!
