I have used this powder a couple of times now. It definitely works. My headache was gone within 20 minutes. It is super easy to take. Just open the packet and pour into your mouth no water needed. I have put some in my purse for when I need some relief and might not have a drink. The berry flavour is really nice, I did notice a bit of a medicine aftertaste, but that fades away quickly.
