read all the bad reviews

bought this for the color/finish to match despite the poor reviews...Figured they must be doing something wrong. NOPE Tub drain lasted maybe 5-6 uses and it broke and won't engage/disengage I'm a contractor and bought this for my own home and its just as all the reviews say. Top dollar for low quality.

Haven't even been installed a week and this drain assembly will not function properly. I thought better of your products Delta. You definitely need to have this re-engineered because what I have is a useless peice of junk. And I'm not the first I see.

Looks great, but does not function.

I should have read the reviews better. The toe open and close function does not work at all. We have to push the stopper with our fingers to get it to work. It's not worth the money.
