DAP DryDex Spackling may be used to fill holes and cracks in surfaces. This product may be used on drywall, plaster, wood, brick, stone, and more. It provides a unique dry time color indicator that verifies when the patched surface is dry and ready to be sanded and painted. It provides a smoother finished surface in a shortened amount of time. Its ready-to-use formula spreads easily for fast, professional repairs that will not crack, crumble or flake. DryDex dries hard, sands easily and is paintable. Product is for interior and exterior use. Selling unit is 32 ounce.
- DryDex is a latex polymer spackle for repairing interior or exterior surfaces like drywall, plaster, wood, brick, and more
- Color indicator spackle goes on pink and dries white, verifying that the product is dry within 1 to 5 hours

There's a wall that has some water issues and over time mold has developed. I've used this product many times but with this wall it was almost too big a surface area to apply with a scraping tool. I applied a silicone caulk first but will need to fill large areas again. The spackle helps to cover the mold and seal it in.
