activation code void
The activation code doesn't work so I can't install and use the software. This is the second time buying this product. First from Amazon and second from Walmart and both times activation codes were not valid.

Hi April, I'm sorry to hear you are experiencing an issue with activation code not working. I'll be happy to assist you. Unfortunately, the information printed on the activation card is incorrect. It ask you to type the serial number which starts with "U" is incorrect. Please type the serial number which starts with "Z" as the activation number to activate the software. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.
