I discovered this from experimental use for instant potatoes; turned out extremely well. I mix chicken broth and a can of this together in a glass bowl, heat it in the microwave then add instant potatoes (a few at a time) then heat a minute at a time as I add the potatoes in small increments till I get the desired thickness/texture. They taste as good as cooked potatoes. This is good for homemade biscuits too.

This is a great addition to any cream sauce. Add it to mac and cheese, in place of half of the milk and you get extra creamy mac and cheese. Cream of chicken anyone? Instead of using all milk, split the amount with this and get oohs and aahs from around the table. For that little extra in pancakes, use this. Yum! If you want a little different curry chicken, add a can of this to the pot. What you get is a nice smooth slightly thicker curry sauce. Do you like chocolate pudding? In the standard recipe two cups of milk are called for. Use this instead of one cup of milk. The result is amazing. Here I assume you are making the pudding from scratch and cooking it on the stove. The product is shelf stable so no worries about storing it in the fridge or an unopened can going bad. The best part? It is less expensive than the little carton out of the dairy department.
