Simply soak them in water for 20 to 30 minutes once a week and let them dry out. They require indirect, but bright light. A care instruction card from Air Plant Shop will be included in every order.

    1. Do not plant your air plants in soil
    2. Do not let them stay wet for long periods of time to avoid rotting
    3. Let them dry completely before placing in a glass terrarium
    4. You may cut the unsightly roots off and peel or trim off the brown leaves.
    5. Some species have naturally dark bases.

Great plant!

It was packed with care, you can tell with the tissue paper and such. It was just that the wood stand probably got knocked around the inside of the box a little too much because my plant was flat and I was worried it might be damaged. I soaked it and I hope I can get it to bounce back. Shipping was timely, and even arrived early. I love the plant! I wish there was an option to buy without the stand, as I didn't need it and don't want to be wasteful. I have since ordered 6 more plants from the Air Plant Store and look forward to their arrival!
