Mix warm water and a few drops of dish soap in a bowl. (Be careful not to add too much soap.) Dip the rag into the soapy water, then clean the mattress from top to bottom, prioritizing dirty spots, using a circular motion. Wipe the mattress clean with a towel. Sheet can be machine washed on cold.

So far so good.
Stayed inflated for 3 nights (but without weight on it) as a test before I use it. Fits my wife and I comfortably. Pump that is included is very efficient.
