Domt order! customer service is not compassionate
First of all i did read the shipping imformation, but I had no idea that the says on the phone that the delivery people will not come on your property at all and packagea can only he places at the end of your driveway!!! So, Don't order from this company, no compassion from customer service about their shipping procedures, they had me in tears. Very rude, I asked to cancel order and the man on phone said he would only give me half my money back if I refused the order since it was too late! I'm in a wheelchair and all I asked was to have couches put on my porch instead of left st the curb! Thank fully when the delivery man came and I was bawling my eyes out, helped me out so much that he brought all three items, couch, and 2 recliners into my house for me and this beautiful driver said he doesn't work for this company!! He is a deliver driver from my own area, and after I showed him the text I received from customer service, the delivery man was using curse words against the man from customer service. Now the couches and recliners are beautiful, but please make sure your not old and in a wheelchair and you have someone to bring them in, or else you are screwed either get half the money back for refusing order or having someone steal your packages because customer service from the company has no compassion at all. So grateful to my delivery man. If your going to order have many people there to bring in, or I would suggest getting these items from another company here at walmarts. First time I have ever had to do a bad review!
