These topical flea drops kill adult fleas on cats before they lay new eggs. Apply at the base of your cat's skull. This treatment works hard for 30 days to treat existing flea infestations and prevent further infestations on cats for up to four (4) weeks. What's more, Advantage for cats is fragrance-free and waterproof. This topical flea treatment is available without a prescription. Your cat must be 2-9 lbs. and at least 8 weeks of age to use Advantage for Small Cats. Use as directed by label. *Kills fleas on cats within 12 hours of application

Which are amazing so highly recommend as well, but I also wanted something for the fleas that just would not jump off my cat for nothing. So I put this on and it works immediately. And I've seen no more fleas. Combined with 3 flea lights around the house I got rid of everything within a month. Maybe a few lingering but 99% gone in a month. I still put one on about every couple months because she lights to say hi to the outside cats sometimes and I think that's where they come from.

Better than collars, by far!
Out of everything on the market, this is the only thing that literally works on my cats. The collars don't work at all, they smell nice, but that's it and with one of my cats- one of the brands I tried caused his fur to fall out and his skin to blister, so I tried this brand of flea and tick drops on my cats and I have not used collars since. My cats no longer have problems with pests and we're all happy. Putting the drops on is lots easier than most get, it protects wonderfully.
