Due to possible risk of fire, never leave your toasting appliance or microwave unattended. HEATING INSTRUCTIONS: REMOVE pastry from pouch. IN TOASTER, warm pastry at lowest possible setting for one heating cycle only. IN MICROWAVE, place pasty on a microwave-safe plate and microwave on high setting for a maximum of 3 seconds. These are not an expensive set and know that when you're buying them. They're OK if you're going to just wear them under clothing and not going to be in extremely cold weather. I wore these under jeans in 31° weather and they were ok to keep me warm. They are soft. The quality isn't the greatest. It feels like a medium grade felt. But if you're buying for fill and to run around the house in, they'd be perfect.
