Pensacola Bajia grass

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband racked certain areas of the lawn that needed to be reseeded. He then seeded the area and put some topsoil on top. Then he watered it every day. It was growing in both places, but we had some torrential rain in Florida and some of the seed washed away. It is a good seed though, and does look nice.

Easy to use with perfect results

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Most of our lawn is made up of Pensacola Bahia grass. But along the front of the property near a wooden split rail fence, was a bare patch created from a dump truck load of mulch that had sat a little too long creating that bare patch that really stood out. I'm sure eventually the grass would have spread back into that area but it was taking a little time so we planted Pennington Pensacola Bahia grass grass seed in that bare area and the results was outstanding. Living in Northwest Florida this is a perfect grass choice for us. All we had to do was rake the topsoil with a metal rake then spread the seed with a handheld spreader and watch it grow. We were lucky enough in the timing of planting this seed as it is the time of year that we get daily afternoon rain So even though watering the grass seed is important, mother nature stepped in and did that part for us. After 1 month of plenty of sunshine and rain nearly every day to keep it well watered, you would never know there was a bare spot there and our next grass cutting will include that area as well. Very pleased with our Pennington grass seed project.

Works great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a few bare spots of grass in my lawn. I used the grass seed and it works really well. I use a grass seed spreader to lay down the seed and after watering for a weekI saw new growth right away.
