Just like homemade!
For years I have only made homemade lasagna and my family and friends still request it. On an evening only 3 of us would be eating I decided to give Stouffers a try. I really like the Italian style because it's one of the few frozen lasagnas that actually uses ricotta cheese. It's delicious. Tastes pretty darn close to the homemade recipe that I have followed for years. A recipe my mother learned from a true italian (we are polish so the lesson was appreciated). I highly recommend this product. It's as good as it gets. I buy it often now. My only recommendation is to the manufacturer of quality control. Often there is a noodle that is a bit too long for the tray so it pushes up over the edge and gets over cooked. If I notice it, I trim it myself. Not a big deal. A minor inconvenience in an otherwise excellent easy meal.

I love a good frozen lasagna, because probably be better than anything I could make. however, I always am bummed that Stouffer has to charge $16 for the party size because the " family" size doesn't really feel large enough because we like to have a leftover with every one of our dinners and that one doesn't really allow for that. The taste is superb, I just wish the pricing wasn't so high, especially when there are other brands or store brands that the lasagna of that size isn't anywhere near that price. price. also the ingredients are not anything extravagant so it shouldn't cost as much.

Italiano is the best.
I like this one above all others. Its meaty, flavorful and affordable. I have not found any gristle in the meat like some of the others. I throw it in the oven after a hard day's work and have time to shower and make a salad and garlic bread while it cooks for 65 min. The family size meal feeds 2 people without any sides or 4 people with salad and garlic bread. Just saying.
