Before I started taking Biotin my finger nails would peel or get vertical splits in them. As a result they wouldn't even have a chance to grow long enough to scratch an itch! Biotin is so easy to take. I take one pill every morning with my other vitamins. After a couple of months I saw results and now my nails are long and strong! My hair is looking better too.
