Shorts out between#3 and #7

Installed this cap after about 1300 miles stated misfiring changed ICM, distributor, and coil wouldn't run unless I took #3 plug wire off (discovered by accident) it would quit as soon as I put it back on, changed cap now runs like a new one. Found reviews from 6yrs ago saying had problems think ACCEL would have fixed this by now
